- For each hour, in addition to those indicated, a supplement of € 25,00/hour is required.
- For each person, in addition to those indicated, a supplement of € 3,00 per person is required.
- The supplement for multilingual service is of € 25,00 for the half day and € 80,00 for the full day.
- The cost of transfer, meal and lodging off site of the guide has to be charged to the customer.
- Working day starts not earlier than 7 o’clock am and finishes not later than 7 PM. In the absence of useful connections that allow the guide to welcome the group at the expected time of arrival, any transfer, board, and lodging costs relating to the evening before the group’s arrival are to be paid entirely by the customer of the service.
- Working day ends by 19,00 o’clock pm. For night service, dinner plus show, there is an extra charge of € 50,00.
- For continuous services on tour, full days are always and only counted
- The fees indicated are to be understood gross of withholding tax and based on the tax regime of the individual guide, net of VAT, the INPS compensation (rate equal to 4% of the gross fee) and any revenue stamps from apply to the receipt itself in accordance with the law.
- The customer will have to pay a compensation for failed earnings equal to 50% of the sum for tours cancelled within 7 days from the beginning of the service, as well as for one day services cancelled within 24 hours from the beginning of the service.
