Dedalo Association of tour guides informs that according to the decree law n. 196/2003 art. 13, the personal data processing is only used to provide information and estemates.

It is an otpional to provide us with your data, but without them we'll not be able to satisfy your request. Your data will be neither published nor trasmitted, but they will be kept in our association's records to satisfy your request and to send you further information about possible offers of the Association.
In any case your data will be delivered to third parties unless you provide Dedalo Association of Tour Guides with a written and express request, also via mail to the following e-mail address:

General Terms (on the Italian territory)

Fees listed for services are to be considered pre-tax, VAT free according to the DPR 633/72, art 10, paragraph 22 and with withholding tax of 20% according to the DPR 600/73, art 25. Fees will be increased by 4% on the invoice for national insurance contributions (INPS). Any trasfer, meal or overnight away from the main residence has to paid by the employing party. Working day doesn�t start before 7.00 AM.

There will be an extra charge of minimun € 23,00 for any different language requested besides the chosen one. There will be an extra charge of € 23,00 per hour when the service requires a longer time than the minimun fixed.

There will be an extra charge of € 60,00 for evening service i.e dinner and typical show etc.

A minimum amount of 50% of the prearranged Fee is due to the Guide, according to the Italian Law, as loss of income when a tour previously confirmed is cancelled within 7 days before departure. The same amount of 50% of the prearranged Fee is due to the Guide when a previously confirmed "One Day Excursion" is cancelled within 24 hours before departure.
